Nicshelle is an educator, facilitator, serial author, social media influencer, podcaster, content creator, filmmaker, grant writer, scriptwriter, video editor, channel manager on various networks, radio/television/red carpet host, publicist, actress, comedian, music artist, motivational speaker, acting coach, entrepreneur, the Education Director for the Universal Hip Hop Museum on the West Coast, Entertainment Director for the Inglewood/Southbay N.A.A.C.P, also for EX Entertainment, a legal secretary, and a public relations professional.

Nicshelle is also the C.E.O. of Journey To Stardom Productions, the Director on a non-profit organization, Somebody’s Sunshine and holds various positions on a plethora of non-profit organizations. She has a Master’s Degree in Education Administration and Supervision and has been an educator since 1999 and part of the Education Honor Society: Pi Lambda Theta.
