The other day, I was thinking about how nice it would be to hear more people say thank you, because I say thank you frequently.

Yes, in my opinion, as many words that we hear on a daily basis or acknowledge, “thank you” is only a two letter phrase, yet it’s so powerful.

After researching a bit, I found the following website compelling by Brian Tracy who is a partner of the Entrepreneur Network who “describes the four A’s of gratitude: appreciation, approval, admiration and attention. By incorporating these four elements into your life, you’ll boost your own self-esteem — and that of others.”
